Terms

Office Hours: Office hours are 8am to 8pm Monday - Friday.

Call Back: We will endeavour to call you back at the time requested. If we cannot call back at that precise time, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will return the call as soon as we possibly can. Call backs will be made the same day,or at the same time the next business day (Monday - Friday).

Quotes: A quote is just generated on the value of the property(s) and is only to be used as an estimate of the the final costs. We will always inform you of any searches/charges that accumulate before we carry them out, and will keep you up to date at all times.

Data: All personal data submitted through the website will only be used to contact you (the client) for the initial call back. Iif you do not wish to continue your claim with us all your details will be removed from our system. All data is stored securely at all times.
